Definitions and Interpretation

“Account” means a registered jomkis user profile. “Player”, “you” and “your” mean the individual using jomkis. “Platform”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to jomkis and the services made available under the brand. “Bonus” includes welcome rewards, reload offers, cashback, migration incentives, free spins and similar benefits.

“Wager” means a stake placed on a casino game, live dealer table, sports market or other eligible product. “Verification” means checks concerning identity, age, payment ownership, source of funds, location or account security. Headings assist navigation and do not limit the legal meaning of a clause.

Account Eligibility

You may register with jomkis only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and are permitted to access online gambling services under the laws that apply to you. jomkis does not claim to be regulated or approved by the Malaysian Government.

Malaysian users are responsible for understanding their local legal position. Access from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam or any other location does not by itself establish that participation is lawful.

• Only one jomkis account is permitted per individual unless written approval is given.
• You must provide complete, current and accurate registration information.
• You must not register for another person or allow anyone to use your account.
• Employees, contractors and restricted persons may be excluded from participation.

Account Security and Verification

You are responsible for protecting your jomkis username, password and security codes. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. jomkis will never ask you to disclose an online banking password, card PIN or full one-time authentication code through an unofficial channel.

jomkis may request a Malaysian identity document, proof of address, payment ownership evidence, a source-of-funds explanation or a live identity check. Documents must be genuine, readable and belong to the account holder. Services, withdrawals or promotions may remain restricted while reasonable checks are incomplete.

Permitted and Prohibited Use

jomkis may be used only for personal entertainment. You must not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, unlawful coordination, account trading, payment abuse, automated wagering, manipulation of technical errors or any activity that harms another user or the integrity of a market.

The use of bots, scripts, prohibited betting syndicates, stolen payment details, false documents or multiple accounts is forbidden. jomkis may investigate unusual activity and may void affected transactions where evidence reasonably establishes fraud, collusion, deliberate exploitation or a material breach of these terms.

Deposits and MYR Payment Methods

Deposit availability depends on account status, verification and the payment channel. jomkis may support MYR transactions through options such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong. Displaying a payment name does not guarantee that it is available for every user.

Minimum and maximum amounts are shown before confirmation. A player should check any fee, processing estimate and bonus eligibility before approving a payment. Bank maintenance, Malaysian public holidays and third-party review periods may affect timing. Deposited funds must come from a lawful source and should represent affordable entertainment money.

Bonuses and Promotional Terms

Every jomkis promotion is subject to its displayed eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, game contribution, maximum bet, expiry and maximum cash-out provisions. Promotions may be limited to one person, household, device, payment method or IP address where this is reasonably required to prevent abuse.

Wagering example

If jomkis grants a MYR 100 bonus with an X15 rollover, the required qualifying wagering is MYR 1,500. Slots may contribute 100%, while Baccarat, Blackjack or other table games may contribute less or be excluded. A MYR 250 maximum bonus bet means a larger wager may breach the offer even when the account balance allows it.

jomkis may withhold a reward where eligibility conditions were not met or where there is reasonable evidence of coordinated bonus abuse. Any decision should be based on the stated promotion rules and relevant account records.

Casino Games and Sports Betting

Game rules, pay tables, RTP information and betting market rules form part of these terms. Players must review them before placing a wager. The outcome recorded by the relevant certified game system or official data source will normally govern settlement, subject to investigation of a verified technical malfunction.

Sports wagers on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football or another event may be voided, resettled or postponed according to the published market rule when an event is cancelled, abandoned, interrupted or materially changed. jomkis may close or suspend a market when reliable pricing or event data is unavailable.

Odds can change before confirmation. A wager is accepted only when it appears in the jomkis account history with an accepted status. Potential returns are not guaranteed profits, and no betting strategy removes the risk of loss.

Withdrawals and Account Balances

A withdrawal request must comply with verification, wagering and payment ownership requirements. Where reasonably possible, jomkis may return funds through the same method used to deposit. An alternative verified method may be required when a provider cannot process withdrawals.

Processing estimates begin after the request and required documents are received. jomkis may conduct security or source-of-funds reviews before release. A pending review is not a promise of rejection or approval. Players should not cancel a withdrawal to continue gambling if doing so conflicts with their intended limit.

Obvious display errors do not create a right to incorrectly credited funds. jomkis may correct a balance after reviewing system records and must provide a reasonable explanation when an adjustment materially affects the player.

Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

jomkis is for players aged 21 and above only. Gambling is entertainment and must not be treated as employment, investment or a reliable source of income. Players should establish deposit, loss and session-time limits before participating.

A user may request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. During an active exclusion, jomkis will take reasonable steps to prevent access and promotional contact associated with the identified account. Attempting to bypass an exclusion through another identity, device or account is prohibited.

Suspension, Closure and Dormant Accounts

You may request account closure after outstanding transactions and verification matters are resolved. jomkis may suspend or close an account for a serious breach, suspected fraud, legal obligation, security concern, self-exclusion request or prolonged inactivity.

Where permitted and reasonably safe, jomkis will explain a restriction and provide a route for review. Closure does not remove obligations or investigations arising before the closure date. Any verified, legitimate balance will be handled in accordance with applicable withdrawal and compliance requirements.

Intellectual Property and Website Content

The jomkis name, logo, visual design, written guides, technical layouts and original materials are protected intellectual property. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. Copying, republishing, scraping, selling or misrepresenting jomkis content without authorisation is prohibited.

Payment names and sports competition names may belong to their respective owners. Their descriptive mention does not imply endorsement, ownership or partnership. Users must not create a false jomkis page, impersonate support or use brand assets to collect account credentials.

Privacy and Personal Data

jomkis may process registration details, verification records, device information, transaction data, gambling activity and support communications for account administration, security, legal compliance and responsible gambling purposes. By using jomkis, you acknowledge that necessary data may be handled by authorised service providers under appropriate safeguards. You remain responsible for keeping your contact details current and for protecting information displayed on your own device.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

jomkis aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network issues, payment provider disruption, data delays, device compatibility or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jomkis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from lawful suspension, third-party failure, user error or reliance on general educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, Complaints and General Provisions

jomkis may update these terms to reflect legal, security, operational or product changes. Material revisions will take effect from the stated date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.

Complaints should include the account identifier, date, transaction or wager reference and a concise explanation. jomkis will review relevant records and issue a reasoned response. These terms, together with incorporated policies, constitute the agreement concerning use of the platform. If one clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
